The kit

The machines behind the quotes

Every part we make runs on a fleet of current-generation Bambu Lab machines — enclosed, heated-chamber CoreXY printers with multi-material handling — driven by an automated pipeline that takes a job from quote to dispatch in the shortest time we can honestly manage, with a person reviewing every gate.

Fast because the boring parts are automated. Trustworthy because the judgement calls never are.

What we run

One platform, chosen deliberately: identical slicing behaviour, interchangeable spares and a shared material profile across every machine makes repeat setup and material profiling more consistent.

Bambu Lab H2D

Dual-nozzle large-format FDM printing

Two independent nozzles make the H2D useful when a part benefits from a dedicated support interface, a second material or reduced changeover waste.

Single-nozzle build volume
325 × 320 × 325 mm
Dual-nozzle build volume
300 × 320 × 325 mm
Total two-nozzle workspace
350 × 320 × 325 mm
Maximum nozzle temperature
350°C

Bambu Lab H2S

Large-format single-nozzle FDM printing

The H2S gives a single nozzle almost the full H2-series workspace, making it the straightforward choice for large one-material parts and repeat batches.

Build volume
340 × 320 × 340 mm
Maximum nozzle temperature
350°C
Maximum chamber temperature
65°C
Maximum bed temperature
120°C

Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro

Automatic multi-material handling and drying

The AMS 2 Pro stores four spools, switches them automatically and can actively dry compatible materials before a job.

Spool positions
4 per unit
Maximum drying temperature

Quote to doorstep, mostly automated — reviewed throughout

The pipeline exists to remove waiting, not judgement. Machines do the repeatable steps at machine speed; a person makes the calls a person should make.

  1. 01

    Priced in seconds

Your file is parsed the moment it lands: geometry, volume and printability signals feed a guide price straight back to you. No waiting for someone to open an email.

  2. 02

    Reviewed by a person

Before anything is confirmed, a human looks at the part — orientation, wall thickness, fit, whether printing is even the right answer. Automation gets you the number fast; it does not get to say yes on its own.

  3. 03

    Prepared and queued automatically

Approved jobs are sliced with settings chosen for the part's job — walls, infill and orientation for the load, not a one-size default — and queued to whichever machine suits the material.

  4. 04

    Printed under sensor watch

Lidar first-layer inspection, flow calibration, filament runout and tangle detection run on every job. A print that goes wrong gets caught in the first millimetres, not discovered in the morning.

  5. 05

    Inspected, then dispatched

Every part is checked by eye and against the order — dimensions where they matter, surfaces, fit of mating features — before it is packed and posted with tracking. Nothing ships unchecked.

What the automation does not do

It does not approve its own work. Guide prices are estimates until a person has reviewed printability; parts do not ship until a person has inspected them. And when a job would be better machined, moulded or bought as a spare, we say so — speed is worthless if the part is wrong. What we will and won't take on is covered on the about page; materials and their limits on the materials guide.

Put the fleet to work

Upload a file for a guide price in seconds, or describe the part and we will come back with a realistic estimate.
