Replacement Plastic Parts

When a plastic part breaks and you cannot buy a replacement, 3D printing is often the answer. We recreate the part from your measurements or a sample and print it in a suitable material.

Common uses

  • Discontinued appliance and equipment parts
  • Broken clips, brackets and housings
  • Knobs, handles and covers
  • Obsolete machine components

How to get a part copied

The more we have, the better: clear photos from several angles, key measurements with a ruler or caliper, and a note on how the part is fixed and loaded. If you can post the broken part, that helps most.

Choosing a material

We match the material to the job — PETG or ABS/ASA for parts that see heat, sun or stress; PLA for low-stress indoor parts. Tell us where the part lives and we will advise.

Frequently asked questions

Can you copy a part exactly?+

We recreate the geometry as closely as your measurements and photos allow. A physical sample gives the best result.

Will the printed part be as strong as the original?+

Often yes, sometimes stronger, depending on material and design. We will be honest if a part is not well suited to printing.
