Wagon Load, Coal (N)
A drop-in coal load for an open mineral wagon at N (1:148) — a 31.8×16.2mm plug that sits down in the body with a 3.4mm heap above it, 8.1mm overall. Scaled from a 4700×2400mm prototype wagon interior; check it against your own wagons before you print ten. This is solid massing, which is exactly why it works at N: there is no fine detail on a heap of coal to lose, so the only thing the scale changes is the size. The heap narrows all the way up, so it prints without support. PLA is fine — it is going to be painted and glued in, and it will never see a load.
