Buffer Stop, Sleeper-Built (OO)
A sleeper-built buffer stop at OO (1:76.2): 52.5mm long, 34.1mm across the track and 23.6mm to the head beam, off a 4000×2600×1800mm prototype. The baulks come out 3.94mm — comfortably above what a 0.4mm nozzle can lay down, which is why this one is worth printing at OO. Modelled as its side elevation extruded across the track, so the ramp faces up and the whole thing prints off the bed with no support. Ready to prime; the layer lines read as timber grain once it is painted.
