Tap Handle Blank (3/8in-16 insert)
A beer tap handle blank, 130mm tall with a waisted grip, ready for paint, vinyl or a badge. The fastening is the part worth being exact about: US-pattern draft faucets — the kind on nearly every kegerator and font sold here for homebrew — take a 3/8in-16 UNC thread on the lever, and that is a genuinely published, universal standard. We do NOT print that thread; printed threads at this size gall and strip, and our own guides say so. Instead the base carries a hex pocket cut for a standard 3/8in-16 nut (9/16in / 14.29mm across flats per the published nut tables, pocket cut 0.3mm over) with a Ø10 bore above it for the stud: epoxy the nut in and the handle threads on and off like a bought one, metal on metal. Prints standing on its base; the two internal pocket ceilings are short annular bridges FDM handles without support. The body's widest swell leans under 5° — no support outside either. PETG; a bar top is a rough neighbourhood.
