Deck Box (sliding lid)
A deck box for sleeved standard cards with a genuinely sliding lid, printed as a plate of two parts. The well is 68mm across and 95mm tall — sized from published sleeve dimensions (66×91mm common, ~67×92mm premium) with headroom — and 51mm front to back, which holds a 60-card sleeved deck with room for a few tokens. The lid runs in grooves formed by ledge and rail strips on the side walls; the designed clearances are 0.3mm above the lid and 0.3mm a side, which slides freely without rattling on most printers — if yours runs tight, the tolerance fit gauge in Calibration & test will tell you before this does. The strips overhang 1.8mm, a short bridge FDM handles. PETG if it travels in a bag.
