Skirted Knob (small, 6mm D-shaft)
A 22mm skirted control knob with a knurled 14mm grip, 17mm tall, for the standard 6mm D-shaft — the hi-fi and vintage-radio pattern where the skirt sweeps close to the panel and covers the mounting nut. The bore is 6mm with the standard 4.5mm across-flat D (per the Bourns pot drawing), printed 0.2mm over so it pushes on and the flat drives it without a grub screw. Bore depth 14.5mm, blind under a solid cap. The knurl is at 1.6mm pitch — the coarse end of ISO 13444's series, because finer teeth than that vanish under a 0.4mm nozzle. Prints skirt-down, no support. Said plainly for restorers: the shape can match, the material cannot — printed PETG is not Bakelite and will not pretend to be under close light.
