Servo Mount Tray (standard size)
A mounting tray for a standard-size hobby servo — the 40×20mm class; the classic analog standard's datasheet gives 40.4×19.8mm, so the aperture is cut at 41×20.6mm. The four lug fixings are 3.2mm square openings on the published standard pattern, 49.5mm along the servo and 10mm across; sources disagree by a fraction of a millimetre between makers, which the 3.2mm openings absorb around the usual 2.5–3mm screws, with nuts underneath in the 8mm rail space. End wings carry a 3.4mm M3 opening each for fixing the tray itself. The body hangs roughly 27mm below the plate — a servo tray straddles an opening or a bay; it is not a surface mount, and no servo tray is. Prints upside down, plate on the bed, no support. PETG — a servo transmits real torque into whatever holds it, and PLA cracks at the corners of apertures like this.
