Servo Mount Tray (9g micro)
A mounting tray for the ubiquitous 9g micro servo. The published body is 22.2×11.8mm (the datasheet figure) but the clones everyone actually buys measure up to about 23×12.2mm, so the aperture is cut at 23.4×12.6mm and the servo drops through until its lugs land on the 3mm plate. The lug fixings are open-ended 2.4mm slots running into the aperture rather than drilled holes, deliberately: the lug holes on these servos sit barely a millimetre off the body and wander maker to maker, and a slot absorbs all of them — the M2 screws pass down through to nuts underneath, with 6mm rails giving the nut its space. End wings carry a 3.4mm opening each for the tray's own M3 fixings. Note the body hangs about 16mm below the plate, so the tray mounts over an opening or on standoffs — which is how servo trays are used. Prints upside down (plate on the bed, rails rising), no support. PETG.
