Pointer Knob (6mm D-shaft)

A 15mm pointer knob for the standard 6mm D-shaft used on potentiometers and rotary switches — the shaft in most vintage radios, amps and test gear. The D-flat is the printable trick: the bore is 6mm with a 4.5mm chord flat (the dimension straight off the Bourns pot datasheet), cut 0.2mm over on the diameter and the flat alike, so it pushes on firmly and the flat drives it — no grub screw, no glue. The bore is blind under a solid cap, 14mm deep, which suits a standard shaft. Prints bore-down; the cap bridges the 6mm bore, a trivial span. Honest note for restorers: printed plastic will not match Bakelite — the geometry can be right, the material reads as what it is. PETG.
