Louvre Vent Cover (small)
A louvred vent cover, 100×60mm over a 80×40mm opening, with 6 slats set at exactly 45° so water running down the face sheds outward instead of through — the angle is also, not coincidentally, the one FDM prints unsupported, so the whole thing prints face-down in one piece with no support. Locker doors, engine-bay bulkheads, cabin vents: anywhere air should pass and spray should not. A 4.6mm screw opening sits in each side border. Boat vents are not a standardised size, so treat these two as the stock examples — the design is parametric and we cut it to your aperture for the same money. Said plainly: this is an above-waterline fitting for air and splash, not a watertight or below-waterline component, and it never will be. PETG or ASA for UV; PLA chalks and warps on deck.
