Glass Lid Clip (6mm glass)
A lid support clip for a rimless tank with 6mm glass walls: an inverted-U channel that drops over the tank wall — the slot is cut at 6.3mm, a snug slide fit on nominal glass — with a 12mm shelf on the inner leg that a cover glass rests on, and a lip so it cannot slide off. Six or eight clips carry a lid; space them along the rim. The shelf sits about 15mm down the inside face, clear of most rim braces, but measure a braced tank first. An above-water fitting, and the aquarium page's standing caveat applies here too: rinse before use, and livestock decisions are yours. Glass thickness varies by a real ±0.2mm between sheets — if yours measures odd, the slot cuts to any number. One constant footprint extruded up; prints flat, no support. PETG — it lives damp, and PLA creeps under a constant clamp.
