Tolerance Fit Gauge
Six 12mm pegs beside six sockets bored 0.1–0.6mm oversize. Print it, then try a peg in each socket: the tightest one it enters without forcing is the clearance to design around on that printer in that material — which is the number you actually need before committing to a part with a fit in it. Everything is vertical, so no support.
