Timing Pulley (XL, 20 teeth)
A flanged timing-belt pulley for XL belt — 5.08mm pitch, 20 teeth, 32.3mm pitch diameter, 31.8mm outside diameter, 10mm belt width, 5mm bore. Cut to ISO 5294 table 2: 1.32mm groove width on the pitch line, 0.65mm deep, 25° flanks, 0.25mm pitch line differential. Checked against the standard's own diameter tables. Not GT2, and deliberately so: the Gates GT2 curvilinear tooth is proprietary — there is no ISO or DIN standard for it and Gates publishes no profile — and the coordinate lists circulating in open-source pulley generators are community reverse-engineering with no traceable source, so nothing here is called GT2 or copied from them. ISO 5294 is a real, public, checkable standard. It is also the more honest choice for FDM: a 2mm-pitch groove is 0.65mm across and 0.69mm deep, which a 0.4mm nozzle renders as ripple rather than teeth, whereas XL at 5.08mm has a groove 1.08mm wide that actually comes out. The only overhang is the top flange's underside — a 1.5mm annular ledge, a short bridge rather than a support problem. PETG.
