Lofted Spiral Vase
A six-lobed vase that swells from 48mm at the foot to 68mm at the waist and back, twisting 34° on the way up, 150mm tall with a 2.4mm wall and a 3mm floor. Lofted — a stack of forty rings, each a different shape at a different radius, skinned into one continuous surface. That is the point of it: there is no cross-section here that repeats, so no amount of extruding produces this shape, and it is the one thing in the library that could not be made by any of the other generators. Both of the things that would make it unprintable are held down by arithmetic rather than hope: the wall's lean off vertical is atan(dR/dz), which the swell keeps near 12°, and the twist adds about 8° on top — both comfortably inside the 45° an FDM printer manages unsupported. The lobes cost wall thickness, because a radial offset of 2.4mm measures 2.4·cos θ across a flank leaning at θ; at these proportions the thinnest section is around 85% of that, which is why the wall is 2.4mm and not 2mm. Not watertight — put a jar or a test tube inside it for cut flowers, or use it dry. PLA is fine; it is a shape, not a mechanism.
