Screw-Top Jar Lid (40mm thread)
The lid for the 40mm jar above: a 44.8mm knurled cap, 12mm skirt, 3mm top, with a real cut internal thread on the same ISO 68-1 60° form at 4mm pitch. Left exactly on nominal — all the clearance for the pair lives on the jar, which keeps the fit in one number: 0.2mm on every flank and crest, 0.4mm on the major diameter. The grip is a straight 90° knurl at 1.60mm pitch, per ISO 13444's profile angle and pitch series, taken to the coarse end of that series so a 0.4mm nozzle can actually cut it. Prints top-down with the open side up, which puts the internal thread in exactly the orientation a nut wants and leaves nothing overhanging.
