Project Box + Lid (100×68×40mm)
An electronics project box and its push-fit lid, printed as a kit on one plate. The box is 100×68×40mm outside with 2.4mm walls, and carries four Ø7 PCB bosses inside the corners, each with a 2.4mm pilot for the small self-tappers that hold a board — the bosses stop 6mm below the mouth so the lid never lands on them. The lid is a flat plate with a 5mm rim that drops just inside the mouth, undersized by 0.25mm per side: on most printers that is a firm push fit you can open with a thumbnail, and if yours runs tight or loose, the tolerance fit gauge in Calibration & test will tell you before this does. Both parts print in their natural orientation — bin upright, lid plate-down — with no support. Two honest notes: there are no cable glands or switch cut-outs, because those belong where YOUR hardware is (tell us the positions and we cut them into the same model); and an FDM box is splash-resistant, not sealed — layer lines are a path for moisture, so this is an indoor enclosure. PETG over PLA if anything inside runs warm.
