Hex Nut M20×2.5 (real thread)
The mate for the M20 bolt above — a real cut internal ISO thread, not a plain bore. 2.5mm coarse pitch, 30mm across the flats, 16mm tall, on the ISO 68-1 basic profile: 18.376mm pitch diameter, 0.625mm crest flat (P/4), 60° flanks, 17.294mm minor. The nut is left exactly on nominal and all the clearance is taken out of the bolt, which keeps the pair's fit in one place and one number: 0.2mm on every flank and crest, 0.4mm on the major diameter. That is enough to turn by hand off the bed and it is not enough to feel sloppy. Prints standing, no support — an internal thread on a vertical axis is one of the things FDM does surprisingly well. Print it together with the bolt and check the fit before committing to a set. PETG.
